What You’ll Need
4 Tbsp of coconut oil
2 bunches of organic (less pesticides) kale
1/2 Tbsp of Nutritional yeast (optional)
1/2 Tbsp of Freshly ground black pepper
1/4 Tsp. Mineral salt (Himalayan or Celtic)
1/4 Tsp Lime juice
How to Make
Preheat the oven to 170°
Line a cooksheet or two with parchment paper.
Wash kale well (soak in acv and water for 5 mins), cut off stems, and brake into pieces (chip -appropriate size), and place into a bowl
Heat coconut oil, add oil and lime juice into kale bowl and massage mixture into kale until every piece is glistening.
Throw in the black pepper, salt, and nutritional yeast. Massage the kale again until everything is mixed well.
Place kale in a single layer across however many trays available.
Place tray(s) into the oven and cook for 3-4 hours making sure to check on them every 10 - 20 mins because they can burn pretty quickly once they're ready. Enjoy!
