1 1/3 nut milk
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
1 - 2 Teaspoons of maple syrup or raw honey
2 Teaspoons of cinnamon
1/4 of fresh blueberries
1 tablespoon of raw cocoa nibs
A tiny pinch of Celtic sea salt
Follow these steps for the best turnout
Warm a 3 quart pot on the stove for about 2 minutes on medium high heat.
Add the nut milk (I normally use coconut almond milk from califarms unless I make my own)
When the milk starts to boil, add the coconut oil, maple syrup (or other sweetener), cinnamon, salt and stir until everything has dissolved
Once the coconut oil has melted, add the oats and stir
The oats will cook for roughly 3-4 minutes and once they’re done they’ll appear to be a bit runny at first, but as you can see in the image above, they’re the perfect consistency once they’ve cooled!
